1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of stonerove.com and purchases made through the Stone Rove online store.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
2. Store operator
Stone Rove operates stonerove.com through a United States limited liability company.
The store serves customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Products are shipped directly from China through third party suppliers and fulfilment providers.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings and manufacturing variations.
Product availability may change without notice.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer's selected market or checkout.
For customers in the United Kingdom, prices may be displayed in British pounds sterling.
For customers in Ireland, prices may be displayed in euros.
The final price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout before the order is submitted, subject to any applicable correction of an obvious pricing error.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation confirms receipt of your order request. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if circumstances require cancellation or correction.
Stone Rove may cancel an order where there is a genuine issue involving availability, pricing, payment, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Your payment provider may display Stonerove as the merchant or billing descriptor on your account or card statement.
7. Shipping
Products are shipped from China through third party suppliers and logistics providers.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 4 business days.
After dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 7 to 14 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of customs procedures, carrier disruption, weather, peak periods, address issues or other circumstances outside Stone Rove's reasonable control.
Orders may arrive in separate packages where products are fulfilled or transported separately.
Customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
8. Cancellations, withdrawals and refunds
Customers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable UK and Irish consumer law.
Stone Rove also provides an additional refund period of 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms of the Return and Refund Policy.

Where a refund is approved under the Stone Rove refund policy, the customer is not required to physically return the product unless Stone Rove expressly states otherwise in writing.
9. Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to process and deliver an order.
Stone Rove is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer rights.
10. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the website:

- To abuse promotional or refund processes

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, Stone Rove will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights available to consumers in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
14. Events outside our reasonable control
Stone Rove is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, governmental action, customs delays, carrier disruption, strikes, infrastructure failures, cyber incidents or other events beyond reasonable control.
This provision does not affect statutory consumer rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to customers in the United Kingdom or Ireland provide otherwise.
Nothing in this governing law provision prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to their transaction.
16. Changes to these Terms
Stone Rove may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
